CyberInterviewPrep is an AI-powered platform built to help cybersecurity professionals prepare for real interviews at top companies. We offer mock interviews, CV analysis, challenges and quests, career tracks, and study tools, all designed to close the gap between traditional prep and what employers actually expect.
Who is behind CyberInterviewPrep?+
The platform is built by cybersecurity practitioners with 12+ years of experience, including former experts from Google and other FAANG companies. We've been through the same interview loops and built CyberInterviewPrep so you can prepare with the same depth and rigor we used to get in.
Tickets & support
Who can open a ticket?+
You need a signed-in CyberInterviewPrep account so we can attach replies securely and reference billing or workspace history when relevant. Sign in, go to Contact & support, submit a ticket, and choose a type (General, Refund, Transaction, Billing, Account, Technical, Security, or Recruiter workspace).
How fast do you respond?+
We aim for 1-2 business days. Refund and payment problems are prioritized; complex recruiter or enterprise requests may take longer. If you don't hear back after 3 business days, expand your ticket thread and send a follow-up.
Can I add context after submitting?+
Yes - open "My tickets", expand the thread, and send a follow-up message. Keep payment dates and transaction IDs in the same ticket when possible.
Billing & payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Manual bank transfer may be available for some plans; ask via a Billing ticket.
Wrong charge or failed checkout?+
Choose type "Transaction / payment issue" and include date, amount, card brand (last four digits if known), and the email on the account. We'll look into it and refund or correct as needed.
Refunds
How do I request a refund?+
Sign in, go to Contact & support, and submit a ticket with type "Refund request." Include your order or transaction details (date, email). We'll process it per our refund policy.
What is your refund policy?+
Refunds are available within 14 days of charge if you haven't substantially used paid features. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always corrected.
Recruiting & hiring workspace
Is there public pricing for recruiter workspaces?+
Yes. Open the Pricing page and scroll to the recruiter credit bundles section (and Hiring teams FAQ) when your administrator has published those packages. Recruiter credits power applicant intake and hiring workflows - separate from personal interview prep credits.
How do recruiter credits differ from candidate credits?+
Candidate credits unlock interviews, CV reviews, and quests for individuals. Recruiter bundles add hiring credits used for applicant intake and recruiter workflows (rates are configured per workspace).
I bought the wrong bundle - what now?+
Submit a ticket with type "Recruiter workspace / hiring credits" or "Billing / subscription" and describe what you intended to purchase. We'll align your workspace or route you to the right bundle.
How do we get invoice, enterprise terms, or custom seats?+
Submit a general or recruiter ticket and include company name, regions, approximate seat count, and any procurement requirements (SOC 2, invoicing, etc.). We'll loop in the right contact.
